Production department

The manufacturing facility we own is located at the prime location of Khalij Fars Industrial Zone, only 15 km always from the Bandar Abbas (Shahid Rajee) port. By making optimum use of all the resources available to us, we have enhanced our monthly production capacity of bitumen to be 20,000 metric tonnes.

Drum Production department

We have our own drum production department at our bitumen refinery that is used for supplying all the drums required for exporting our bitumen products. Banking upon our modern drumming facility, we have gained the ability to produce different size of drums. Apart from this, when our customers demand, we emboss logo on the ordered drums. Spray marking can also be done.

Laboratory and Quality Control department

Our laboratory has been equipped with the latest European quality testing equipment to ensure that that the quality of our products is well-maintained as per the ASTM standards. We have a team of quality controllers for keeping a close eye over each and every operation, right from the time of material procurement for eliminating all the chances of error occurrence in the first place itself. Moreover, at our quality checking laboratory, all products are carefully tested under certain conditions to know their ductility, flash point, density, softening point, purity and viscosity.

 Documentations department

When it comes to releasing cargo at a particular destination, we understand how crucial it is to prepare all the required documents allied to it. Thus, we render all the documents that are necessary for the same. These documents may include inspection certificate, packing list, generated invoice and certificate of origin.

Packaging department

We, at our company, pay stringent attention to the packaging of our products. By following all the packaging procedures carefully, we ensure that all the possible damages that may occur during transportation are eliminated, in the first place itself.

 Logistics and Supply department

Backed by our years of experience in this business line, we have become the professionals and have been setting benchmarks for the budding companies. By cooperating with our logistic management team, we ensure that the delivery of our Bitumen products is done in safely and timely. Prior to the cargo shipment, plastic sheet is used to cover the bottom of the containers containing our product. Once filled, all the containers are carefully sealed. At last, the cargo is inspected by the Geo Chem or as per any other inspection required by the clients like SGS, BV, etc.
